2. What information do we collect?

On the Be Alva website we collect your name, telephone number, address and postal code, country and email address to be used in marketing campaigns and newsletters. Additionally, when you make a purchase or reservation on our website, we will also collect essential information about your delivery address and payment details.

We may also collect other information about the customer experience on our website that helps to improve our service.

When you leave a comment or review of a product on the website, the data in the comment form, as well as the IP address and browser user agent, are saved to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
